I absolutely love this recipe. I make these in bulk and refrigerate them and eat them all week with almond butter and sugar free syrup. Here we go:
1/2 cup of egg whites or egg substitute (Egg Beaters)
3 tbsp of Flaxseed
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 packets of sweetener (Stevia, Splenda, etc.)
Cinnamon to taste
Mix well and cook at medium in a frying pan just like a pancake. Serve with turkey sausage and Sugar Free syrup.
