This project was created for on-the-job-instructors to better understand adult learning theory. It is engaging and interactive and allows the users to think through and input how they can implement adult learning theory during their daily interactions with their learners.

This is a short engaging, funny and memorable scenario-based training video clip that focuses on reporting side-hustles to the primary employer. It was made in Storyline with some AI help. Although it is short, it is my favorite project to date.

This eLearning project was created to allow users to practice importing courses into an LMS using an interactive software simulation. This is commonly used when it is not feasible to train using live software for security concerns or other reasons. This was created using Captivate for the simulation and Storyline for the major portion of the course. It is a large project and may take time to load.

This eLearning briefing was a conversion from power points that were taught in person to an eLearning briefing. The purpose of this shift was to save time and travel money by shifting from in-person training to an asynchronous method.
