The recommended donation depends on the size of the party (how many horses and how many volunteer instructors).

1-4 riders- $250 donation
This includes:
1 Instructor/handler
15-20 minute grooming session
1 hour of lead line horse rides with 1 horse
45 minutes for cake and gifts

4-8 riders- $300 donation
This includes:
2 Instructors/handlers
20-30 minute grooming session
1 hour of horse rides with 2 horses
45 minutes for cake and gifts
​
9-12 riders- $350 donation
This includes:
3 Instructors/handlers
20-30 minute grooming session
1 hour of horse rides with 2-3 horses
45 minutes for cake and gifts
